SHIPPING POLICY

A notice will be sent when your order has been completed and shipped. All of our products are handmade in small batches and may take extra time to be shipped during busy seasons or high demands of products.

All of our packages are shipped through FedEx unless otherwise requested by customer. Please request with your order or contact us with your change request. Shipping cost will be determined by that carrier instead of our standard shipping cost.

None of our products contain fillers or preservatives to sustain them at extreme temperature that may occur during shipment. They are made of pure natural ingredients and may change consistency when exposed to extreme temperatures or other elements.
